We have been working together with Europe’s premier telco company for close to a decade. In addition to being one of their lead creative agencies, and an agency for some of their international IoT and IT recruitment efforts, both in the B2C and B2B segments. We also redefined Deutsche Telekom's self-care application, the One App, for customers in five EU countries.

We've been working with the Magenta brand for 9 years, supporting their community-building efforts by running a user forum where their customers may ask questions about any of their services and receive assistance from other community members and dedicated Magenta brand ambassadors. The user forum has numerous gamification features that reward users for their helpfulness and community building efforts.
