Whether that means rethinking and revamping the digital ecosystem of an enterprise or crafting integrated campaigns to tackle business challenges, our team of 240-ish people will always be hungry to find the best solution. We’ve been doing all this for clients across Europe, sometimes even further, in a wide range of industries, from banking, aviation and telecommunications to lotteries and e-commerce. But to keep expanding and finding new, awesome challenges, we need someone to help us out. That’s where you come in.

Tasks:

  • Your main role is to proactively identify and engage with potential new leads in our target industries (health, finance, telco, media, tech, lottery, travel), manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.
  • As a part of growth strategic planning & execution, you will be setting industry specific business goals and targets. We will be supporting you with an exceptional service and solution offering and outstanding value propositions which you will help us shape and refine. Your job is to represent all of the above to our target accounts and prospects, and also help find the best audience if we are in need.
  • Working towards our financial goals -  hitting financial and revenue targets, track activities, opportunities and progress in the designated CRM system and provide regular sales forecasts and insights.
  • Ensure smooth transition of newly acquired clients and projects to the growth and delivery teams.
  • Your partner in crime will be the Client Growth Partners who work around the clock in industry specific HUB-s to discover our clients’ unmet needs and cross-, up-selling opportunities as well as teaming-up with you on conferences, knowledge sharing sessions or prospective client meetings.
  • Account relationship management - creating an international, corporate C-level partnership courtesy of your professional skills and your ability to wear matching ties and flip-flops.

What we expect from you:

  • Proven experience in developing and executing business development strategies related to digital agency services.
  • Business development expertise in customer centric digital and technology driven services in any or all of the aforementioned industries.
  • You should be as fluent in business as you are in technology. You have to understand the team and clients have to understand you.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hungarian
  • Ability to identify and develop business opportunities based on customer and market insights
  • Experience in leading cross-country projects.

    01Interview

    If everything is cool with your resume, we’ll invite you to our office for a quick chat. You’ll meet with one of our colleagues from the People Team, who will introduce you to Mito and all the good stuff you will be part of if you decide to join us. She will be with you throughout the entire process and will assist you with anything you might need. You will have the opportunity to meet with the head of your future department as well. Most importantly, you will get to ask anything you’re curious about, from where our dogs take a nap to what specific tasks we work on for our clients.

  • 02Assessment

    Afterwards, we will give you a test assignment. We do this with everyone, on every level.

  • 03Feedback

    No matter the outcome, we’ll let you know what we think, so we all can learn from the experience. We greatly value your feedback regarding the whole process, so at this point we'll ask you some short but important questions as well.

  • 04Decision

    Just like with the test assignment, we’ll get back to you with our final decision, hopefully with a big and happy yes!
