We've been working closely with the region's fastest-growing bank for over a decade. We have worked with them on a variety of data-driven marketing projects, ranging from social CRM campaigns to the construction of a customer service chatbot. We augment their cross-functional internal team to ensure that relationship building with their clientele remains human beyond data-driven.
Magyar Telekom
Consulting agency of Hungary’s no.1 telco company. As a service design consulting and data-driven marketing agency we support Magyar Telekom on multiple fronts that includes design education programs, greenfield platform developments like Hello Szülő and the rewamp of thier existing services with a keen focus on customer experience and long-term sustaiable operation.
Magenta (T-mobile Austria)
We've been working with the Magenta brand for 9 years, supporting their community-building efforts by running a user forum where their customers may ask questions about any of their services and receive assistance from other community members and dedicated Magenta brand ambassadors. The user forum has numerous gamification features that reward users for their helpfulness and community building efforts.
Auchan
Our joint mission with Auchan is to make everyday engagement with their customers more productive. Our cooperation includes multiple areas of the CRM and loyalty field, from strategy to data analysis, marketing automation and campaign management.
Decathlon
We reinvented Decathlon’s loyalty program and lifecycle communication that is: data-driven, customer centric and goes beyond the buying cycle. Giving custom benefits based on behaviour, sport activity and other engagements. The program is under development on an international level, we are thrilled to see its positive impact on customer value and profitability already in the Hungarian market.
Nissan
We have been Nissan's partner in CRM and data management services for 12 years. The main focus of our cooperation is data-driven, personalized, cross-platform campaigns (eDM, SMS, DM, online media), and we operated a self-developed data management platform for authorized dealers. We provide all these services with one goal: higher customer satisfaction and better conversion efficiency with the help of own CRM data.
WWF
The World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) is a Swiss-based international non-governmental organization founded in 1961 that works in the field of wilderness preservation and the reduction of human impact on the environment. We embarked on a digital transformation project with WWF, intending to maximize the potential of data-driven marketing by redesigning their marketing operation to better reflect the demands of its donors. The initiative also included ideas for a regional collaboration and governance model.

Haleon (formerly GSK) is a health company that brings together deep human understanding and trusted science. We collaborate closely with the global team on several digital transformation projects to foster long-term engagement with their expert healthcare professional audience. We also utilize synergies across our business units and collaborate to cover all aspects of service design, data-driven marketing and creative execution.

We are both humbled and motivated by the opportunity to collaborate on regional and local initiatives with Mastercard, a really unique brand in the financial industry. We support their CRM activities in a way that is linked to their marketing communication and campaign activations.
