These clever things make us really proud in the end, while the process itself can put a smile on our faces almost every day (excluding deadlines, that is). We couldn’t make all this happen without our fantastic Client Services team, but sometimes even they need some help. Potentially from you.
Are you someone who has been managing ATL and digital projects for the past couple of years? Do you have experience working as an Account Manager? If the answer is a loud yes or hell yeah, keep on reading, because we’re looking for an Account Manager.
*Please note: internally, this position is called Project Manager.
Your tasks will be...
- Management of integrated campaigns (you need to have experience in several areas, with an emphasis on ATL and digital).
- Collaboration with the whole project team. We’ll get you up to speed on how we work, so you can be an integral part of any project in your team. It’ll be complex (we mean chaotic) at first, but a lot of fun after a week.
- Ensuring that the assigned projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards, involving their superior if necessary.
- Budget management, offer preparation
- Ensuring client satisfaction and client pampering
We need you to be...
- At least 3-4 years of experience in marketing communications at an advertising agency or on the client side
- Proficient English language skills for negotiations, both spoken and written, including professional presentation skills. Fluent Hungarian language proficiency. (régi: Confident both in Hungarian and in English, spoken and written, since you’ll use this superpower on a daily basis.)
- Experienced in working with multinational clients.
- Self-reliant – all the others will help you gladly anytime but we need you to be able to find your own way and own solutions.
- Confident in speaking in front of others and confident with your presentations. We cannot emphasize this enough. But we’ll try.
- Informed – have an overview on current trends and best practices, and be able to share and use this knowledge at work. Inspiring others with cool case studies doesn’t count as bragging.
