Mito Group is a unique, independent powerhouse of experts, dreaming up and delivering clever things from digital product development to communication campaigns for multinational companies across Europe. But behind every great campaign, there’s a master strategist keeping the gears turning, the budgets healthy, and the team inspired, and that’s exactly the role of our new Client Service Director.
We’re looking for a leader who naturally thinks three steps ahead. If you’re someone who finds the balance between client satisfaction and agency profitability second nature, and you can keep your cool when the pressure is on, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.
What you’ll do
- Own the Business: You’ll take full financial ownership of your hub. From high-level annual planning to quarterly profitability reports for the CEO, you’ll ensure our projects aren't just creative, they're sustainable.
- Lead & Mentor: You’ll set goals for your account team, provide 1-on-1 support, and ensure information flows smoothly between your hub and the rest of the agency.
- Drive the Strategy: You’ll spot new ways we can help our existing clients and lead the charge when it’s time to bring fresh, winning ideas to the table for new business.
- Bridge the Gap: You’ll act as the vital link between our company values and your team’s daily reality, representing their interests while driving the agency's mission forward.
- Quality Control: You’ll oversee the professional and operational execution of projects, ensuring every delivery meets our standards and every invoice is out the door on time.
What do we expect
- The Milestone: At least 5 years of agency experience in ATL and/or digital. You’ve been around the block, and you know where the shortcuts (and the potholes) are.
- Strategic DNA: You don't just "do" tasks; you assess situations, solve problems, and delegate effectively to keep the momentum going.
- Financial Fluency: You’re comfortable with price lists, forecasts, and ROI. Numbers tell you a story, and you know how to write the next chapter.
- Confident Communicator: You don’t need to shout to be heard. You bring a sense of stability to every meeting, and your ability to communicate clearly and assertively builds immediate trust with both clients and internal teams.
- Independence: You’re fully capable of running your own show, but you have the seasoned judgment to know exactly when a situation requires a quick sync or a green light from the CEO.
- Language Skills: You have an excellent command of both Hungarian and English. You’re comfortable presenting to international stakeholders and can hold your own in any professional setting, written or spoken.
- People Management: You excel at aligning departmental goals with broader business objectives. You ensure that your team’s efforts are always synchronized with the company’s strategic vision. At the same time, you don't just manage people, you grow them.
