Nokia, Wizz Air, Decathlon, Wigo, Mastercard - just to name a few companies with which we at Mito Performance collaborate, managing media, analytics, CRO, SEO, content and other performance marketing projects, creating complex digital performance solutions all over the world. These clever things make us really proud, while the process itself puts a smile on our faces every single day. Okay, most of the days.
Right now we’re looking for a Performance Project Manager for the Performance Business Unit of Mito. If you’d like to work in an environment where you have the tools to measure everything and really max out digital performance, and you have the necessary experience in project management, then please keep scrolling!
Your tasks will be to
- Make sure that you and the project team understand the client's needs, the scope is defined correctly and controlled throughout the project.
- Coordinate various performance projects (e.g. SEO, analytics, CRO, content and media) from defining requirements to orchestrating sessions about the lessons learned. Don’t worry, you won’t be the one who creates measurement plans or makes technical SEO audits, however, as a PM, you are responsible for project and team coordination as well as client satisfaction and the overall success of the project.
- Independently manage challenging long-term performance-related projects. And by manage we mean that your job won’t be to forward emails, but to develop true ownership, as the person responsible for quality control. You have to validate and clarify what you pass on from clients to colleagues, and vice versa.
- Assess, recommend and evolve current workflows and processes, keeping a close eye on project efficiency. This will make your life easier (awesome), and help everyone else across the business unit (even more awesome).
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success (PS) and business impact (BI) - and develop other acronyms (OA) based on your personal preference (PP).
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with international clients and our various professional teams.
We need you to have
- A college or university degree to decorate the piece of office wall behind your back.
- A basic understanding of various digital marketing fields. You need to know what the difference is between analytics, PPC and SEO.
- At least 3 year’s project management experience, but don’t panic if your job title is not a PM, if you demonstrate strong PM skills, we will believe you.
- At least 1 year of experience in managing international projects.
- Excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English as you will have to use both in your day to day tasks.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills, solution-oriented attitude with a strong ownership mindset, and the ability to prioritize workload.
- A proactive attitude and drive to work independently, because constant micromanagement is not that fun for anyone involved. However, if you ever feel lost, someone will definitely be there for you.
You can score bonus points with
- Knowledge of the processes involved in the areas of performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics or any other measurement, SEO, CRM or PPC tools.
- Any previous experience with a digital marketing agency.
- Knowledge in ecommerce or B2B marketing.
