We are currently looking for a Lead Digital Analyst for leading complex analytics projects and being the right hand of the Analytics Team Lead.

Your tasks will be... 

  • Independently leading mid-sized or enterprise clients: strategic measurement planning that align with other performance areas and delegating setup and reporting tasks to other team members
  • Acting like the measurement guru and expert of Mito in web analytics
  • Mentoring and consciously developing the expertise of the analytics team
  • Supporting the digital analytics business development 
  • Representing the Analytics Team with presenting at conferences and compiling relevant professional publications, articles

We need you to have...

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and any BI tools (such as Looker Studio, Power BI etc.)
  • Knowledge in SQL / BigQuery
  • Experience in developing creative and innovative analytical insights with high business value
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant performance marketing fields (e.g. data, automated media, SEO)
  • Expertise to negotiate, present and manage workshops like a pro both in English and Hungarian
  • A consultant’s mindset: you are proactive, have the strategic perspective and understand customers’ needs via empathy, telepathy, or whatever you use as long as it works

You can score bonus points with...

  • Experience with mobile app analytics (e.g. Firebase, GA4)
  • At least 3 years of experience with CRO tools such as VWO, AB Tasty, Fullstory, Hotjar, etc.

    01Interview

    If everything is cool with your resume, we’ll invite you to our office for a quick chat. You’ll meet with one of our colleagues from the People Team, who will introduce you to Mito and all the good stuff you will be part of if you decide to join us. She will be with you throughout the entire process and will assist you with anything you might need. You will have the opportunity to meet with the head of your future department as well. Most importantly, you will get to ask anything you’re curious about, from where our dogs take a nap to what specific tasks we work on for our clients.

  • 02Assessment

    Afterwards, we will give you a test assignment. We do this with everyone, on every level.

  • 03Feedback

    No matter the outcome, we’ll let you know what we think, so we all can learn from the experience. We greatly value your feedback regarding the whole process, so at this point we'll ask you some short but important questions as well.

  • 04Decision

    Just like with the test assignment, we’ll get back to you with our final decision, hopefully with a big and happy yes!
