And now our Digital Analytics team is growing! We're looking to add a talented Junior Digital Analyst to our team. If you're passionate about numbers, have hands-on experience with Google Analytics, and are interested in data analysis, measurement setup, or A/B testing—especially for enterprise-level clients—we’d love to chat!

Your tasks will be... 

  • Audit our clients’ analytics systems (eg.: Google Analytics 4) to ensure accurate measurement setup.
  • Creating website / mobile app measurement and implementation plans.
  • Assessing user behavior and user journey data to improve website navigation, user experiences and usability.
  • Identifying problems and translating business requests into analytics tasks.
  • Building, managing and maintaining database structures, working with data visualization tools (eg.: Looker Studio, Power BI).
  • Executing and evaluating A/B tests. 

We need you to have...

  • Some experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio or equivalent data visualization tool.
  • Strong knowledge in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Passion for analytics and curiosity about website/app usage statistics.
  • Confident English knowledge and fluent Hungarian.
  • Strong willingness to learn.

You can score bonus points with...

  • Experience with mobile app analytics.
  • Experience in CRO projects and/or with A/B testing tools.
  • You have some experience with SQL language and especially with Google BigQuery.

    01Interview

    If everything is cool with your resume, we’ll invite you to our office for a quick chat. You’ll meet with one of our colleagues from the People Team, who will introduce you to Mito and all the good stuff you will be part of if you decide to join us. She will be with you throughout the entire process and will assist you with anything you might need. You will have the opportunity to meet with the head of your future department as well. Most importantly, you will get to ask anything you’re curious about, from where our dogs take a nap to what specific tasks we work on for our clients.

  • 02Assessment

    Afterwards, we will give you a test assignment. We do this with everyone, on every level.

  • 03Feedback

    No matter the outcome, we’ll let you know what we think, so we all can learn from the experience. We greatly value your feedback regarding the whole process, so at this point we'll ask you some short but important questions as well.

  • 04Decision

    Just like with the test assignment, we’ll get back to you with our final decision, hopefully with a big and happy yes!
