Your tasks will be...
- Auditing and setting up analytics accounts, creating measurement plans for websites or mobile apps.
- Managing smaller or mid-sized clients independently.
- Analyzing heatmaps or user recordings.
- Data visualization - planning and setting up analytics or campaign dashboards.
- Implementing website measurement codes (tag management).
- A/B testing.
We need you to have...
- Pro client communication paired with self-confidence.
- Experience with leading projects independently.
- At least 1-2 years of experience with Google Analytics (advanced proficiency), Looker Studio or other BI tools (advanced proficiency).
- At least 1 year of experience with Google Tag Manager (moderate knowledge), Heatmap and visitor recording tools (moderate knowledge).
- Confident knowledge of relevant online marketing definitions (know the differences between PPC, SEO, programmatic, etc.) and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Expertise to negotiate, present and do workshops like a pro in Hungarian and in English.
- A consultant’s skill set: you are proactive, have the strategic perspective and understand customers’ needs via empathy, telepathy, or whatever you use as long as it works.
You can score bonus points with...
- Experience with mobile app analytics.
- Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g. VWO).
- Familiarity with PPC tools (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- If you have seen an agency job from the inside before or at least from up close.
