Are you a die-hard fan of analytics? Can you interpret data half-drunk and with one eye closed? If you turn numbers and charts into insights like a prodigy and you quantify everything under the sun, join us now as a Digital Analyst!

Your tasks will be... 

  • Auditing and setting up analytics accounts, creating measurement plans for websites or mobile apps.
  • Managing smaller or mid-sized clients independently.
  • Analyzing heatmaps or user recordings.
  • Data visualization - planning and setting up analytics or campaign dashboards.
  • Implementing website measurement codes (tag management).
  • A/B testing.

We need you to have...

  • Pro client communication paired with self-confidence.
  • Experience with leading projects independently.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience with Google Analytics (advanced proficiency), Looker Studio or other BI tools (advanced proficiency).
  • At least 1 year of experience with Google Tag Manager (moderate knowledge), Heatmap and visitor recording tools (moderate knowledge).
  • Confident knowledge of relevant online marketing definitions (know the differences between PPC, SEO, programmatic, etc.) and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Expertise to negotiate, present and do workshops like a pro in Hungarian and in English. 
  • A consultant’s skill set: you are proactive, have the strategic perspective and understand customers’ needs via empathy, telepathy, or whatever you use as long as it works.

You can score bonus points with...

  • Experience with mobile app analytics. 
  • Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g. VWO).
  • Familiarity with PPC tools (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • If you have seen an agency job from the inside before or at least from up close.

    01Interview

    If everything is cool with your resume, we’ll invite you to our office for a quick chat. You’ll meet with one of our colleagues from the People Team, who will introduce you to Mito and all the good stuff you will be part of if you decide to join us. She will be with you throughout the entire process and will assist you with anything you might need. You will have the opportunity to meet with the head of your future department as well. Most importantly, you will get to ask anything you’re curious about, from where our dogs take a nap to what specific tasks we work on for our clients.

  • 02Assessment

    Afterwards, we will give you a test assignment. We do this with everyone, on every level.

  • 03Feedback

    No matter the outcome, we’ll let you know what we think, so we all can learn from the experience. We greatly value your feedback regarding the whole process, so at this point we'll ask you some short but important questions as well.

  • 04Decision

    Just like with the test assignment, we’ll get back to you with our final decision, hopefully with a big and happy yes!
