All of our positions are at least partly hybrid, so you can work from home when you need to, though to keep everything and everyone on track, we do spend some days at the office.

If you feel your English could need some extra love, we have a full-time, native English communication coach at your disposal, so you can shine in any situation, from Zoom calls to holding keynote presentations on a stage abroad.

Dogs are super welcome at the office, and have been ever since Mito’s inception.
Whether you’re into individual or team sports, looking for a new set of running shoes or a gym pass, you can use your flexible personal budget to cover it.
You may also use it to improve any of your talents, whether it's studying German, JavaScript or how to fix a gas leak. We’ll chip in to take care of your medical expenses, if needed. And commuting (fancy bike helmet included) can also be covered by personal budgets.
