Here at Mito Next we love creating clever things, working with some of the biggest and most inspiring brands, and helping them reach their full potential. We’re infusing their marketing efforts with exciting new technologies, creating winning marketing strategies and programs with the help of design thinking methodologies. Join us as a CRM & Loyalty Intern to take a deep dive into data-driven marketing, CRM solutions, marketing automation, and conversational tech.

Your tasks will be...

  • Supporting CRM and customer loyalty specialists and experts with the planning of both ad-hoc and long-term activities on our projects
  • Supporting consultant and client success management colleagues’ work with knowledge gathering and desk research
  • Preparing and publishing digital content for various digital platforms
  • Assistance in community management tasks related to CRM and loyalty program maintenance
  • Implementing email campaigns and automations using the most popular email marketing tools, such as Mailchimp, Salesforce, or Marketo
  • Using Content Management Systems and project management software
  • Precise project execution, including briefing, tracking of progress, and timing. Your project management skills will be polished to perfection, which is the ultimate Swiss knife; we guarantee you will need them in every step of your professional journey (maybe even your personal one).
  • Participating in client and internal meetings
  • Providing transparent status updates to stakeholders on a regular basis and flagging risks (we’ll provide you with flags of various colours, don’t worry)
  • Effective internal communication with the team (you know, the type where everyone understands everyone)

What do we expect from you?

  • You have active student status in the next 6 months (after this period, we will discuss how we can continue our collaboration)
  • You have good organisational skills
  • You are precise and have a keen eye for detalis (caught it? great!)
  • You enjoy understanding the big picture in every situation
  • You are a team player and a good communicator
  • You are interested in learning more about digital solutions and how technology is used in marketing
  • You are on good terms with Microsoft’s infamous children (yes, it’s Excel, Word, and Power Point! Plus, we also like to use Google Sheets, Docs and Slides.)
  • Familiarity with the design thinking / service design disciplines and / or any previous project management experience is a plus (monumental university parties included)
  • Excellent skills in Hungarian and English, as you will have to use both in your day-to-day tasks

    01Interview

    If everything is cool with your resume, we’ll invite you to our office for a quick chat. You’ll meet with one of our colleagues from the People Team, who will introduce you to Mito and all the good stuff you will be part of if you decide to join us. She will be with you throughout the entire process and will assist you with anything you might need. You will have the opportunity to meet with the head of your future department as well. Most importantly, you will get to ask anything you’re curious about, from where our dogs take a nap to what specific tasks we work on for our clients.

  • 02Assessment

    Afterwards, we will give you a test assignment. We do this with everyone, on every level.

  • 03Feedback

    No matter the outcome, we’ll let you know what we think, so we all can learn from the experience. We greatly value your feedback regarding the whole process, so at this point we'll ask you some short but important questions as well.

  • 04Decision

    Just like with the test assignment, we’ll get back to you with our final decision, hopefully with a big and happy yes!
