First, let’s take a look at trainings and events that we organize for people who would like to do the same things we do. Some are free and some are paid, some long and some short, some provide a certificate and some don’t, but they all have one thing in common: the experiences we share with students are about real projects and real clients.
“It’s not easy to get into the advertising industry – especially as a creative. Balázs and I have been holding this course for ten years, and now Dániel joins us as well – participants don’t get a certificate but they do get a great opportunity: every year, eight people can learn the basics of the job for free, from us and from our colleagues working at other agencies and on the client side. 55 people have completed the course so far and 27 of them are already working at top agencies.” – Gergő Marosi

WWe’ve been regular lecturers at the full-time advertising studies program of BGE for seven years. And in 2018, Mito was honored to be asked to take over Pista Sas’ course, Marketing Communication Planning. The full-year program provides useful theoretical and practical knowledge, introducing students to the main fields of marketing planning in detail, through topics like research, brand strategy and communication planning, creative development, production, media planning, content marketing and project management.
During the three-month course, participants get acquainted with UI processes, from coming up with an idea, through designing, to delivering the project. In addition to theoretical lectures, weekly four-hour workshops help students gain practical knowledge. Here they mainly learn about topics like grids, colors, typography, illustration, animation, prototype development. The animation and mobile design workshops of UI Academy are taught by Rajmi Domán.
The twelve-week course consists of two lectures and one workshop weekly. We introduce students to the profession of digital product designers (UX/UI). By the end of the course, students develop an interactive prototype, which they present to the public. In addition to providing diverse knowledge from many different sources, the course also serves as a great springboard to get into the industry.
During the eight-week course, we introduce beginner graphic designers to digital interface design. Following the lectures and consultations which are run by KREA, students have to design a complex user interface as their exam project.
Norbert Krizsán is a lecturer at MOME’s fresh, international Interaction Design MA. Students learn how to approach business problems and how to apply design methods to real-life design situations.

During the 6 months, you will be working under the mentorship of our Senior and Lead account managers and gain all the practical experience you will need to start your career as a junior with us or at any other company.

Take a look at some of our recent presentations and let’s talk if you have something to say about them.
Working at Mito, there’s very little chance that someone you share an elevator ride with does the same exact job as you do. This means we can learn a lot from each other – we just had to find a suitable way of sharing knowledge. We’ve tried a lot of things; here are some that have been working out well.
