At Mito Digital, our mission is to design and deliver human-centered, world-class digital solutions. For over 10 years, we have been working with companies from all over the world in industries such as telecoms, lottery, e-commerce and aviation. But users are just as important to us as clients are.
Our Design Team is looking to add a UX designer to its squad who is comfortable with user flows, wireframes, and prototyping (and some research and testing on the side). So far, so good? Keep scrolling, and expect exciting challenges that will need your solutions!
Your tasks will be...
- creating web-based solutions and applications from research, through planning, to following up with graphic design and development.
- defining and communicating visions clearly so that they can be realized. The ones about the project, anyway.
- planning information architecture, interfaces, and interactions while going with the (user) flow.
- creating wireframes and prototypes that serve as the blueprint for all that follows.
- analyzing competition and researching best practices. Recognizing worst practices is also appreciated.
- user testing with a toolbox of methods and tools, mastering the art of when and why to pick the right one.
- usability consulting, smoothing the path to graphic designers and developers throughout the project journey.
You are the one if you…
- have at least 3 years of experience as a UX Designer.
- have been using Figma for a while now and even enjoy using it.
- can create interfaces with ease, but can also think beyond them.
- have a track record with UX work, and can wireframe in both the digital realm and your sleep.
- can quickly recognize and understand user needs with your supersensitive empathy radar.
- are precise and thorough with your work, always fine-tuning it for the smartest solution.
- bring excellent communication skills (and an extra dose of coffee) to the table.
- speak Hungarian fluently and you have a minimum intermediate level of English, meaning you can give convincing presentations (and yes, that’s in English).
Bonus points if you...
- have a handle on or hands-on experience in service/product design.
- have pitch-perfect presentation skills.
- are familiar with frontend technologies.
