At Mito Digital, our goal is to design and deliver human-centred, best-in-class digital solutions. We have been working with enterprises from around the globe for more than 10 years, in industries such as telco, lottery, e-commerce, and aviation. We are super proud of the things we put together and have a lot of fun while doing them. But you can never get enough pride and fun, can you?
Our aviation expert team is already soaring high, developing cutting-edge solutions for our inspiring client, but we need a new co-pilot to help us reach even greater heights.
Are you an organized, proactive, and tech-savvy project manager with a "can-do" attitude? We're looking for someone who can confidently communicate with clients in English, manage third-party vendors, and navigate the complexities of development projects. If stakeholder and expectation management is your strong suit, then you might just be the perfect fit to board our plane.
If you’re an experienced Project Manager ready to take the controls, give us a nod—or better yet, start scrolling to see how you can join our crew.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Confidently communicate with stakeholders in English, navigating relationships with third-party clients like a pro.
- Agile & Scrum Practices: Plan and execute sprints, manage backlogs, and refine tasks in accordance with agile methodologies.
- Meeting Facilitation: Lead and facilitate meetings, document key points, and make sure action items don’t slip through the cracks.
- Task Ownership: Own your tasks from start to finish, making decisions when needed (after you've got the lay of the land, the so-called domain knowledge, of course).
- Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations with a positive, no-blame culture, ensuring smooth sailing for everyone involved.
- Global Process Improvement: Help us refine our global processes by sharing your ideas and taking the initiative to drive improvements.
- Presentation Skills: Deliver updates and plans in English, keeping everyone engaged and on the same page.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4-5 years in development-related project management, having successfully navigated a few complex web and/or mobile projects in recent years.
- A basic understanding of the technical side—you should know enough to keep up with the coders when they start speaking their own (often foreign-sounding) language.
- Strong English communication skills, with real-world experience working in English.
- Experience in an enterprise environment? That’s a definite plus.
- A solid grasp of project and program management principles, methods, and techniques. You’ll be putting these into practice on the daily (or rather, moment by moment).
- Strong management skills to help your team perform at their best (don’t worry, nobody’s going to label you as the Human Dashboard).
- The courage to present and communicate in English. If you don’t require any courage for that, even better.
- The ability to excel on your own. We trust your expertise to set priorities and tackle challenges before they escalate into issues—or worse, problems.
- Knowing when and whom to involve—an often underrated, but crucial talent.
- A team player with a proactive attitude, always looking for ways to lift the team higher.
