Right now, our aviation team is growing and looking for a Product Owner who will help and keep us and our client up above the clouds in a pioneering migration project of a leading European airline client. We are just about to take off – hopefully, with you on board!
In this key role, your tasks will be to...
- Define the product roadmap with the Product Manager based on business requirements
- Create team objectives for the upcoming PI during the PI planning event
- Ensure the team delivers as much value as possible by building, maintaining and prioritizing the team backlog thus controlling what the team is working on
- Understand the consequences of both business and technical decisions and the scope of the upcoming enabler work
- Work closely with the development team to clarify requirements and provide feedback
- Define capacity (new feature development, maintenance, etc.) allocation for the iterations
- Resolve open requirements and business issues, clarifying the business need to the team
- Explore product dependencies to other teams and ensure resolution in case of discrepancies
- Interact with stakeholders together with the Product Manager
- Support data measurement, analysis and hypothesis validation
We need you to have...
- Previous working experience (3+ years) in a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar level role in agile environment, preferably on development projects
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Structured thinking and ability to break down bigger items into smaller parts
- Customer and delivery centric mindset
- Proactive, goal-oriented, “can-do”, collaborative mindset; self-organized and able to self-manage
- Team player mindset and an eagerness to contribute, innovate, experiment and achieve great things with an amazing team
- Drive and passion to take responsibility and ownership of your tasks and be proud of your excellent work
- Good command of English both written and spoken

- Have experience working in e-commerce or product development
- Have experience with A/B tests and measuring impact of new features/developments
