Learning on the fly
Wizz Air wanted to launch a mystery flight that would take lucky passengers from Abu Dhabi to a destination that wouldn’t be disclosed to the travellers beforehand. As even we were left in the dark regarding the details of the trip, we had to come up with creative ways to prepare a social media campaign and a run-and-gun style production for shooting an after-movie on location. The news broke only days before departure: here we go, Kutaisi!
With a classic script out of the question, we assembled an absolute A-team capable of handling the weirdest, most time-sensitive and totally ad hoc situations thrown at them. We put together an optimal shooting list and briefed a camera crew of three people familiar with shooting while constantly moving.

We recorded pool parties, fancy dinners, ziplining through a valley, horse riding and jukebox-blasting on scenic bus trips, to name just a few highlights. Besides our own professionality, our greatest assets were the influencers we travelled with. While they began cranking out content that immediately blew up thanks to their millions of followers, we promptly started reposting and repurposing their content during and after our trip to keep the engagement going on WIZZ’s own channels. Even before our final recap video got put together and published, the “Get Lost” campaign was already trending on Instagram and TikTok. ასე კეთდება!
