In this way, families can easily receive applicable solutions and practical tips by just a few clicks. Those who use this digital knowledge repository, categorized into four sections (online safety, smarter daily life, learning and development, happy family), can rely on expert answers in a user-friendly format, covering not only digitalization.

Service design played a pivotal role in fostering cross-functional collaboration to make the inherent complexity of Hello Szülő platform development viable, and to ensure placing parents’ needs at the forefront of the design process. The project prioritized mobile accessibility, creating unique dashboards with cards for an intuitive mobile experience. It successfully introduced a fresh design while maintaining the established brand image, achieving a harmonious blend of familiarity and modernity. Usability tests were implemented, and real user insights led to adjustments like new color palettes, enhancing the platform’s visual appeal. The outcome is a visually engaging platform that effectively communicates the brand’s commitment to assisting parents in the digital age.
