Can you juggle two flaming machetes on a blue fitness ball and defuse a ticking bomb? We bet you can! And that makes you a perfect candidate for our new Production Manager role.
At Mito, you’ll get to work with big names like Magyar Telekom, OTP Bank, and Borsodi on projects as wonderfully diverse as the patrons of the Star Wars Cantina. From directing epic film shoots to pulling off stunning photo sessions, you’ll be the go-to person for finding the right people and making things happen.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating the production of integrated campaigns – from films and photoshoots to...well, pretty much anything we throw at you.
- Supporting our team of production pros – whether it’s helping find a gaffer or keeping morale sky-high.
- Managing the nitty-gritty admin tasks: contracts, research, and more.
- Budgeting like a pro (or at least like someone who knows how to make every penny count).
- Ensuring feasibility and working closely with other internal teams.
- Reporting both in-house and to external stakeholders (don’t worry, we’ll keep it interesting).
What we’re looking for:
- 1-2 years of experience at an agency (as an account, PA, or similar) – you’ve got to know how communication agencies tick.
- Clear and effective communication skills – ideally, people will understand you the first time you say something.
- Presentation skills – because you’ll need to wow both us and our clients.
- A team player attitude – whether it’s supporting the production team or the wider Mito family.
- Responsibility and accountability – we want someone who owns their tasks and their actions.
- Fearless problem-solving – nothing fazes you.
- Not only fluent Hungarian, fluent English as well – beyond just throwing around a ton of abbreviations.
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience in production – worked with studios, directors, photographers, or other creative masterminds (especially internationally).
- Don’t mind tackling the occasional work-related emergency outside of regular hours – it’s rare, but hey, it happens.
- Are funky, fun, and don’t take yourself too seriously – we’re serious about work, but we like to keep things light.
