Here at Mito Creative, we create campaigns, websites, apps and other solutions for inspiring brands all over the world. We couldn’t make them happen without our fantastic Client Services team, but sometimes even they need some help.

Are you the one whom everyone trusts when it comes to keeping a project tight and on track? Do you speak prodlist? Are your best friends deadlines? (Second best is also okay, and sounds significantly less creepy.) Have you been managing digital, ATL, and social projects for the past bunch of years? If you tick all the boxes, we have good news: we’re looking for a Lead Account Manager, so keep on reading!

What are you going to do?

  • Manage - both budgets and clients. You’ll be in charge of budgets, timelines, and the effective management of resources, while maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a main point of contact.
  • Lead and mentor - it’s not only the clients who need your support. Other Account Managers will also be grateful if they can learn from you.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development.
  • Participate in tender processes from the initial introduction session to delivering the first campaign to the client, including all the financial aspects of a campaign (e.g. invoicing).
  • Collaborate - we’ll get you up to speed on how we work, so you can be an integral part of any project in your team. It’ll be complex (we mean chaotic) at first, but a lot of fun after a week.

What do we expect?

  • Seven years of experience at an integrated agency. Sorry, you have to be at least this tall to ride.
  • Experience with large multinational clients.
  • Reliability and being able to complete digital, social, ATL and integrated communication campaigns from strategy to execution alone, even though you’ll have a huge team supporting you.
  • Confident presentation skills - you have to be able to talk to a group of people. With or without slides, but definitely without the need for a shot before the meeting.
  • Impeccable, immaculate, sound and admirable knowledge of both Hungarian and English, no matter if written or spoken.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Have an overview of current best practices and trends when it comes to kick ass campaigns.

    01Interview

    If everything is cool with your resume, we’ll invite you to our office for a quick chat. You’ll meet with one of our colleagues from the People Team, who will introduce you to Mito and all the good stuff you will be part of if you decide to join us. She will be with you throughout the entire process and will assist you with anything you might need. You will have the opportunity to meet with the head of your future department as well. Most importantly, you will get to ask anything you’re curious about, from where our dogs take a nap to what specific tasks we work on for our clients.

  • 02Assessment

    Afterwards, we will give you a test assignment. We do this with everyone, on every level.

  • 03Feedback

    No matter the outcome, we’ll let you know what we think, so we all can learn from the experience. We greatly value your feedback regarding the whole process, so at this point we'll ask you some short but important questions as well.

  • 04Decision

    Just like with the test assignment, we’ll get back to you with our final decision, hopefully with a big and happy yes!
