Mito has grown from 3 guys, averaging an age of 27, to four business units with over 200 people dreaming up the most clever things our clients have ever seen (unless they’ve seen the Large Hadron Collider). We all share the same DNA, but do wildly different stuff, from local and global campaigns to cutting-edge digital tools used by millions. Picture it like a beehive where no two bees are completely alike - which makes the Front Office Assistant job a complex one. We mean extremely exciting. If you’re up for a challenge like this, keep on scrolling!
Your tasks will be:
- Greeting our clients in our downtown office. Welcoming them with coffee or tea and guiding them in our labyrinth of a workplace will be your responsibility.
- We have friendly and professional suppliers working with us, from couriers to grocery deliveries. We count on you to keep our excellent relationship going.
- Spreadsheets will stand in line to listen to your command. You will be in charge of many catalogs and petty cash as well.
- Handling office documents, from orders to contracts and bills. If you’re a devout tree hugger you might have a tough time: the job involves some printing and scanning.
- We like holding workshops. Also, our clients like visiting us, so it will be up to you what delicious snacks to satisfy the tummies with.
To be a perfect fit for this role, we need you to:
- have an active student status, at least for the next 6 months.
- be available to work at least 4-6 hours/day in our office. We would be thrilled if you could be with us for a 40-hour/week setup.
- have native Hungarian language knowledge.
- speak English fluently. We have foreign colleagues and clients, so across the company we’re pretty much bilingual. If you’re comfortable reading all this, have a feeling that hugzaety is not a valid English word, and can make yourself heard and understood in English, then you should be fine.
- be positive and friendly, as many people will meet you and your team first, when they hop out of the elevator and end up at the reception desk. So being client-oriented, helpful and kind is essential.
- enjoy multitasking, even when it involves orchestrating complex processes.
- tackle new issues with ease and communicate effectively while resolving them.
- be fast but precise. And kind. Sounds impossible? If you can multitask, you’ll be able to manage this as well.
- be a team player.
- appreciate the MS Office Suite and the Google Suite—maybe even more than The Office, the TV series.
