These clever things make us really proud, while the process itself can even put a smile on our face every single day. And now, we’re looking to add a creative SEO Copywriter to our aviation team. 

If you’ve been writing SEO-friendly content for a few years, know how to blend creative flair with solid optimization, and can explain SEO concepts in a way even your non-SEO friends will get, we want to hear from you!

Your tasks will be:

Content Creation and Optimization

  • Craft high-quality, engaging content for the website that adheres to SEO standards
  • Refresh and optimize existing content to improve search engine rankings
  • Develop and implement non-branded content templates
  • Optimize on-page elements including meta descriptions, headers, and body content

SEO Strategy and Analysis

  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics
  • Identify content opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to improve organic performance
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to ensure your content targets the right search terms that resonate with audiences and search engines alike
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement content strategies that align with both business goals and SEO best practices
  • Stay up-to-date to the latest SEO trends

Collaboration and Project Management

  • Work closely with Technical and Strategic SEO teams to align content strategies
  • Lead content localization and optimization efforts across core languages, collaborating with translation agencies
  • Manage content via CMS platforms

We need you to have:

  • 1-2 years of experience in SEO writing and content creation, with a focus on SEO optimization (agency experience is a bonus)
  • Exceptional writing, editing and communication skills in English
  • A solid understanding of content SEO fundamentals and best practices
  • Experience with keyword research tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Up-to-date knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends
  • Experience working with SEO tools and familiarity with Google Search Console

You can score bonus point with having:

  • Basic knowledge of HTML and front-end tools
  • Familiarity with content marketing strategies
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) - you’re comfortable uploading and managing content across different platforms

    01Interview

    If everything is cool with your resume, we’ll invite you to our office for a quick chat. You’ll meet with one of our colleagues from the People Team, who will introduce you to Mito and all the good stuff you will be part of if you decide to join us. She will be with you throughout the entire process and will assist you with anything you might need. You will have the opportunity to meet with the head of your future department as well. Most importantly, you will get to ask anything you’re curious about, from where our dogs take a nap to what specific tasks we work on for our clients.

  • 02Assessment

    Afterwards, we will give you a test assignment. We do this with everyone, on every level.

  • 03Feedback

    No matter the outcome, we’ll let you know what we think, so we all can learn from the experience. We greatly value your feedback regarding the whole process, so at this point we'll ask you some short but important questions as well.

  • 04Decision

    Just like with the test assignment, we’ll get back to you with our final decision, hopefully with a big and happy yes!
