To further streamline some of our processes, and make sure our reports and campaign-related paperwork are in order, we need someone with special attention to detail. That’s where you come in. If you’re proactive, reliable, precsie (yes, that was a test), and love administrative stuff, join us as our new Junior Media Buyer.
Your tasks will be
- Working with vendors (publishers, sales houses, and other agencies) on media orders/projects.
- Keeping our financial and campaign tracking system up to date.
- Digital and paper-based document handling: organizing and archiving whatever you get your hands on. If you’re the Marie Kondo of documents, we’ll be your biggest fans.
- Preparing contracts and maintaining reports. You shouldn’t be afraid of modifying an address or registration number for a new version.
- Campaign preparation, media buying, reporting, and evaluation.
- Participation in creating offers / media plans.
What we expect from you
- You have at least 1 year of experience in media planning and/or buying which you have enjoyed a lot.
- You are open to learning new things.
- You are not afraid of monotonous work. Monotonous work. Monotonous work.
- Besides fluent Hungarian, you speak English on a professional level.
- You think computers are man’s best friends, Excel is second in row, and dogs come in only a close third.
