We are looking for – Junior Media Planner / Buyer

Fizz.hu, Mastercard, Nokia, Decathlon - just to name a few companies with which we at Mito Performance collaborate, managing media, analytics, CRO SEO, content and other performance marketing projects, creating complex digital performance solutions all over the world. These clever things make us really proud, while the process itself puts a smile on our faces every single day. Okay, most of the days.

To further streamline some of our processes, and make sure our reports and campaign-related paperwork are in order, we need someone with special attention to detail. That’s where you come in. If you’re proactive, reliable, precsie (yes, that was a test), and love administrative stuff, join us as our new Junior Media Buyer.

Your tasks will be

  • Working with vendors (publishers, sales houses, and other agencies) on media orders/projects.
  • Keeping our financial and campaign tracking system up to date.
  • Digital and paper-based document handling: organizing and archiving whatever you get your hands on. If you’re the Marie Kondo of documents, we’ll be your biggest fans.
  • Preparing contracts and maintaining reports. You shouldn’t be afraid of modifying an address or registration number for a new version.
  • Campaign preparation, media buying, reporting, and evaluation.
  • Participation in creating offers / media plans.

What we expect from you

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in media planning and/or buying which you have enjoyed a lot.
  • You are open to learning new things.
  • You are not afraid of monotonous work. Monotonous work. Monotonous work.
  • Besides fluent Hungarian, you speak English on a professional level.
  • You think computers are man’s best friends, Excel is second in row, and dogs come in only a close third.

    01Interview

    If everything is cool with your resume, we’ll invite you to our office for a quick chat. You’ll meet with one of our colleagues from the People Team, who will introduce you to Mito and all the good stuff you will be part of if you decide to join us. She will be with you throughout the entire process and will assist you with anything you might need. You will have the opportunity to meet with the head of your future department as well. Most importantly, you will get to ask anything you’re curious about, from where our dogs take a nap to what specific tasks we work on for our clients.

  • 02Assessment

    Afterwards, we will give you a test assignment. We do this with everyone, on every level.

  • 03Feedback

    No matter the outcome, we’ll let you know what we think, so we all can learn from the experience. We greatly value your feedback regarding the whole process, so at this point we'll ask you some short but important questions as well.

  • 04Decision

    Just like with the test assignment, we’ll get back to you with our final decision, hopefully with a big and happy yes!
